Soft Matter research not only yields interesting result, but beautiful images too: from brightly-colored liquid crystals, to fascinating textures and shapes in biological materials. Whether a photograph, digital image from SEM work or a painting or drawing, we are always looking for new and interesting images that say "soft matter science is art" to add to the gallery.
Please send any submissions to us with a minimum resolution of 72dpi, 800 pixels at the longest edge. Please also tell us the name of creator/artist, a suitable title and the date the image was made.
By submitting any images to the gallery you grant a license to Soft Matter World to publish the image(s) on this web site and you certify that you have the right to publish the image(s) on the web site. Copyright will of course remain with the creator, as will the responsibility for the image.
